Does Cygwin cygrunserv support the start mode start=boot?

Please install the packages cygwin-doc and cygrunsrv, and read the User Guide, 
the FAQ, the API docs, and the relevant program manual page, or search and read 
the online versions e.g.

and the underlying files referenced for more information.
