Will the ps.exe utility only work with Windows 2000, or is it possible to use it with
Windows NT as well? The "ps -W" does not work with my NT -server or NT -
workstation OS', but does work with 2000.
FYI, I am in need of a utility that will list all currently running processes. If ps will not
work across MicroSoft platforms, are there any other suggestions?

Go to < http://www.sysinternals.com > and download/install the PsTools
package. I believe this will do what you want.
