I haven't tested it on cygwin.

/usr/include/sys/unistd.h contains a prototype for isatty.
Am I missing something else?

Yes, I've seen it before (thanks for the link, anyway), and I also have
access to another system which has that man page.  I was just wondering
what I need to do to make that man page available on my cygwin
installation as well.
