[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: isl-0.14.1

ISL has been updated to version 0.14.1 as required by newer versions of
gcc.

ISL is a library for manipulating sets and relations of integer points
bounded by linear constraints. Supported operations on sets include
intersection, union, set difference, emptiness check, convex hull,
(integer) affine hull, integer projection, and computing the
lexicographic minimum using parametric integer programming. It also
includes an ILP solver based on generalized basis reduction and
operations geared towards polyhedral compilation such as dependence
analysis, scheduling, and AST generation.

Achim,

libisl13 is missing setup.hint on both arches, so there is no way to
install it with setup.  Any idea what went wrong?

All setup.hint files failed to upload for some reason, but this is the
only directory that didn't already have it.  I'm just uploading all
setup.hint files from the last update again as I write this.
