par2 version 0.7.1-1 is now available in Cygwin. This is a new upstream release,
with minor enhancements and bug fixes. You can read the upstream changelog at
https://github.com/Parchive/par2cmdline/releases.

par2 is a file verification and repair tool.  It creates and uses PAR2 files to
detect damage in data files and repair them if necessary. It can be used with
any kind of file.
