It seems to have a problem at this point:

I set the LogLevel to DEBUG3 on the server.
When I tried the rsync command on my Windows machine, I get a bunch of
logs in
/var/log/secure. I think the relevant part is attached.
It seems to say the channel is closed, but not why it is closing.
