Subject: docbook2html ignores some markup

Hi,
I am not on the list - I hope this is OK for bug reporting.
Not everything in the <bookinfo> tag in DocBook/XML finds its way into
the HTML file. E.g., <date>, <othercredit>.
It would be nice if a warning were issued when an element is ignored.
I use docbook-utils-0.6.9 which came with RedHat7.2.
Thanks.
