Patches to include the new HAL for the CVS version and version 3 of eCos

As my Bachelor-Thesis i have created a new HAL for the AT91RM9200 processor. I
have tested it with a Digi UNC90 evaluation board.

This package is based on the at91sam7s package. At the moment it is more a raw
design, but since there are almost no changes outside the new package, I
thought it coundn't hurt to put this out there.

I've attached two patch files. One of them should work for the CVS version and
the other for the version 3 of eCos.
