DSPI tick-only fix 121227

This update of Freescale DSPI driver brings folllowing fixes:

1. A bug with chip select drop that caused problems with MMC driver.
2. Tick-only now has option to select between compatibility with other divers
and conformance with reference manual (Bug 1001676).
3. Chip selects consolidated in a for loop.
4. Added loop-back test.
