* ecos.db: Add 'hardware' attribute to CYGPKG_DEVS_ETH_ARM_KS32C5000.
* ecosadmin.tcl: Delete empty directories in the repository following
eCos package removal. Read the hardware attribute from package records
in ecos.db.
