sirs,
i had came across the beagleboard which uses "TI OMAP35x processor with ARM Corterx A-8"........
is ecos supports this hardware??
in hardware support list,i came across "TI OMAP1510/5910 (ARM 925)"......

does ecos supports OMAP35x as well??

thank you

The short answer to your question is no. As of right now, there is no public
specific Cortex A8 support in the eCos tree.

The OMAP3530 is probably better suited to something like Linux than eCos.
For example, if you intend to use the 3D hardware,
you will have little to no chance of getting that to ever work under eCos
since it's closed spec, and as of right now, TI is
only able to release binary drivers (apparently this is as per Imagination
Technologies, rather than TI).

There is full Linux support for the OMAP3530 etc. if you need a free OS for
it.
