Is it possible to trace one thread step by step when remaining threads work
incessatly?

Sorry, but no. If you want to work on it feel free, or if someone is
willing to pay for it, it could be added by Red Hat. But it's a non-trivial
amount of work, not just on the kernel but on the stub and GDB sides.
