How to open a window output?
The option output in the menu view is chosen.

you mean the output window of the configtool GUI?
Maybe the configtool registry key contains garbage (e.g. output window height ==
0). Close the GUI and have a look at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\eCos
Configuration Tool\Window Size" and correct the values if necessary, or delete
the hole key. Start the program again.

It is valid so.
I have changed this value and a window output have appeared.
