I couldn't find where the CYGPKG_HAL_ROM_MONITOR and
CYGSEM_HAL_VIRTUAL_VECTOR_SUPPORT were located. I have search in target.ld
and leon.ecm files, but I couldn't find it. Did I miss something? Thank you
