On my platform I need to copy RedBoot to slave processor's SDRAM. What are
the sections which I have to copy? Can I copy everything from starting of
flash to _end and consider that everything is copied?

Look at some platform's ROMRAM startup types, and code related to
relocating ROMRAM startups.
