I used to think it was at http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/anoncvs.html but
that link appears to have gone. You can still get it by hand from
ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/ecos/anoncvs/
You'll need Configtool-011025.exe and eCos-011025.reg.
