Hello Folks !
I tries to install RedBoot on a Embed PC, The soekris net4801 (see
www.soekris.com), that has no floppy. For that I tried to build a ROM
image using the package/hal/i386/pc/v2_0/misc
/redboot_ROM.ecm template files and to copy the image to the Compact
Flash (work as a HD usaly) used on the system. Sadly, it didn't work.
I tried a few other config using the configtool but none of them work.
Does someone has already use redboot from a Compact Flash card on a PC like ??

Try using grub and build redboot with CYG_HAL_STARTUP == GRUB.
