It might be a bit premature to ask this question but has anyone actually
managed to compile ecos and run a test program? Especially on the MPC860
platform.

Hi all,
the subject says it all. Does anybody know whether is a chance to see
eCos on an Intel PC104 platform in the near future. We would be very
interested in that. Any comments are welcome.

Yes, I have. Many times :) The PPC support in eCos was developed on a
Cogent board with a MPC860 CPU.
