Hi all,
i am trying to configure and build ecos for a new target on
windows..
i am getting the following error after 98% complete ..

make -r -C hal/powerpc/arch/v1_3_1 build

I think this tends to happen unless your source and build directories are
mounted in cygwin in text mode. There's some info about this in the FAQ.
