Hello,

when I compile eCos for the Linux syntetic target, I get a compilation
error:

"/opt/anoncvs/ecos/packages/kernel/current/src/common/kapi.cxx:1011: no
matching function for call to 'Cyg_SpinLock::spin_intsave(cyg_addrword_t
*&)'"
make[1]: *** [src/common/kapi.o.d] Error 1

the strange thing is when I compile for compaq iPAQ (the platform I'm
working on) it works fine.

Has someone a solution, or a clue of what's going on?

thanks,

stijn

This is something to do with the SMP supported added recently. Also, i
don;t have any problems compiling. Try a new compiliation completely
from scratch. If you have done a cvs up, and then make, your ecos.ecc
may not be consistent with the new source code.

Yes, this is fixed in the current repository. It was broken earlier this
week.
