Hi Dennis,
Yes, after some stupid tries I finally updated the cygwin tools
correctly.
When you run setup.exe ( http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/setup.exe )
there are several curly (?) icons displayed and in my machine some
of then where not set correctly to download :(
