Hi all:
Has anyone made a port for this board -- Excalibur EPXA1
development board
(http://www.altera.com/corporate/promotions/specials/epxa1/spc-epxa1.h
tml) ? Thank you very much. Or Is there any such type of port
available in ecos repository?

Look in hal/arm/arm9/excalibur

Altera wrote a Nios port once, but Red Hat was never allowed to include
it. It looked like it may have been dubious quality anyway. Bug them if
this is what you want.

I don't believe there is any relationship between the thing that
Altera call Excalibur and the ARM evaluation board. So the ARM
Excalibur port will be of little use.

There is a template called: Altera ARM9/Excalibur board, is that suitable?

That's specifically a port to the Altera Excalibur EPXA10 so I imagine it
should work quite well, or possibly not need any porting at all (I don't
know the diff between EPXA1 and EPXA10).

Hmm, ignore my last reply, for some reason I was thinking of some
other board (the Integrator I think). I guess I should go look at
things before firing off a reply :-)

Unless Altera have used the same name for two different boards, then
the support you need is there.
