Under eCos the MicroWindows driver framework is used for displays -
currently there is no general display drivers framework (devs and io).
MicroWindows display drivers are under services/gfx/mw/current/src/drivers/.
You can look in hal/arm/sa11x0/ipaq/current/src/lcd_support.c - for ipaq
LCD frame buffer code.
For more LCD frame buffer drivers look into Linux.
