Hi,
I've installed the newer configure tools ver. 2.0.3,and find that
the "Tools->Run tests"
dialog is unable to work.Is it tools problem ?

Could be -- it should work in theory. What platform are you running the
config tool on? Also it would be helpful to have more details on the nature
of the problem.
