Hello,
Since ECOS developing environment is still not constructed in my Lab, but I need a file named target.ld to analyze now to complete my memory config tool. Is there anyone so kind to email to me this file? Thanks a lot.

target.ld is created when you build eCos for your chosen platform using the
eCos configuration tool. Why would you need it if you haven't built eCos
yet? And in any case, you would need to say what your platform is!
