"Porting" is the process of writing the base code for a piece of hardware.
That process has already taken place for this board.  This means that if
you get the latest sources from our web site, then all you should have to
do is build an application and it will run.  For the provided examples and
test programs, nothing more than compiling them will be required.  Of course,
you will have to write your own program/application, whatever that may be.

The 'install-linux.html' tells you how to install eCos and the tools on
a Linux system from the 1.3.1 package.  However, that package is quite
old and you will be better served by getting the very latest sources
which are only available via anonymous CVS.  Read the 'anoncvs.html'
document for the details.
