Can u give me some simple example for drive any port pin or any code with
sam7x.

I think any eCos code at all should not only work for Sam7X but for
kinda every platflorm :)
Nevertheless, you should take a look at the sources from the test
programs of the ecos cvs, they helped me a lot. You also have the
example directory which provides some basic implementation.

Hope I'm not off topic, I'm a bit new to eCos but people here helped
me so much i'd be glad to give that back.

Ps: Also in your hal platform directory from the cvs you should have a
misc source file with some specific code, something in the form of
"hal_at91_led" i think, that should help you take a look at how ecos
does things like gpio access.
