Hi, all!
Does eCos port to SH4 exist? There is some strange info on the site
(sources.redhat.com/ecos/hardware.html#sh): a port to SH3 (SH7750) is
mentioned, but SH7750 is in fact SH4! Could anybody comment?

The SH7750 is indeed an SH4, and yes, there is a HAL for that variant,
but it's presently unsupported by Red Hat (i.e., if it breaks you get
to keep both halves).
I know that there are some issues with caching in that HAL, but
otherwise it passes all our tests. Patches to rectify the caching
issues will obviously be accepted gladly :)
