I've left it long enough... a grand total of 4 people from 
ecos-announce/discuss expressed interest in a meeting. I'm not convinced 
this is a critical mass for anything that formal, although there is the 
argument that newbies interested in eCos would show up..... but I'm not 
sure what we can do for them.

Thoughts?

I agree. With that few people anything formal is not worth doing. How
many of these people are Mind?
