Hi Folks

Who is assigned with maintaining assignments.html? I took a look to
see it ATMEL had an assignment for the jtst port and none is
listed. However bugzilla shows there is an asignment....

It is meant to be me, not Alex. Changing it requires check-in access.

I have updated the list now.
