I can only confirm that copyright of all the files currently part of
ecos is either held by Red Hat, eCosCentric or the eCos maintainers.

As soon as the maintainers receive confirmation from the FSF
(www.fsf.org) that the copyright assignment from Red Hat has been
received (i.e Red Hat have transferred their copyright ownership to the
FSF) and the FSF are now accepting public assignments for eCos, both
eCosCentric and the eCos maintainers will assign the remaining
copyrights of eCos to the FSF.

I just sent a test message (and CC'ed this reply) to the list which you
can see in the archives, so there does not appear to be any problem with
the email address. Perhaps the problem is with your email agent (MS
Exchange). I suggest in future emailing them in plain text, or at the
very least multipart alterative (both plain text and html email) not
html email only. html email tends to get binned as spam.
