Is there a list of assignments for reference? In particular,
I'd like to be able to check the status of an individual when
they propose a patch, etc.
Current example, Jay Foster <jay@systech.com> and the DHCP
parsing bug. The assignment text (.../htdocs/maintainers/assignments)
only says something about FLASH drivers, so is this covered?

The key information is in column 5, "Future work covered". A "Yes" in
there indicates that the assignment covers both the initial
contribution and all future work. Hence Jay Foster's DHCP fix should
be fine.
