patch for infra tests

Add a few simple tests for infra/diag_sprintf1 test, mainly to note the
difference of return values diag_snprintf() and ISO C99 snprintf().

Sample output:

PASS:<n=L test>

Since I've seen it is useless and odd thing in the test, I prefer to stop this
"buzz" :-)
