in the latest rpm - 12.22, if one saves a session as several observers attached 
to many processes, sometimes a core error dialog pops up with:

{frysk.proc.LinuxPtraceTask@39aa16e5,pid=3361,tid=3361,state=running} in state 
"running" did not handle handleAttach
