FC6 has had kernel versions using version strings like 2.6.19-1.2911.6.5.fc6.
The KernelVersion class is not capable of parsing those version strings, making
it impossible for e.g. TestCase.java to determine whether the kernel is a FC6
kernel or not (used to determine whether utrace is expected to work correctly or
not).

If there is a definitive standard for kernel version numbering, it ought to be
implemented in KernelVersion. If not, we may need different logic here to make
determinations about the running kernel.
