For instance:

  (hpd) break #main.c#28
  Breakpoint 0 created.
  (hpd) run /a/program
  Program NN started.
  (hpd)
  Breakpoint 0 at NN hit.

This implies that high-level breakpoints are always lazy, monitoring events that
modify the address space.
