Trying to "Quick Debug" a process that rapidly creates/destroyes threads (like
the thread_test example from bug #4147) often results in a stream of
NullPointerExceptions on the console from which FryskGUI was launched:

java.lang.NullPointerException
   at frysk.rt.StackFrame.getSymbol(FryskGui)
   at frysk.cli.hpd.SymTab.setSubprogram(FryskGui)
   at frysk.cli.hpd.SymTab.setFrames(FryskGui)
   at frysk.gui.srcwin.SourceWindow.generateProcStackTrace(FryskGui)
   at frysk.gui.srcwin.SourceWindow$LockObserver$32.run(FryskGui)
   at org.gnu.glib.CustomEvents.runEvents(libgtkjava-2.8.so)
   at org.gnu.gtk.Gtk.gtk_main(libgtkjava-2.8.so)
   at frysk.gui.Gui.gui(FryskGui)
   at frysk.gui.FryskGui.main(FryskGui)
