frysk-core/frysk/proc/Breakpoint.java has the following comment:

   // The address to execute out of line if any.
   // FIXME - this depends on the Task stepping and isn't an intrinsic
   // property of Breakpoint.
   private long oo_address;

This impacts getSetupAddress() which should take a Task and 

See also bug #5082 for a similar bug with testcase in the case of reset stepping.
