TestLinuxCore.java (and duplicated now in TestTaskObserverCode.java) is some
code to symbly do a getFunctionEntryAddress(). Since this is generally useful
code it makes sense to add it and the helper class/methods to SymbolFactory.

Step 2 would be to have to symbol lookup functionality correct in
elfutils/libdwfl using the right elf dl symbol search path lookup.
