frysk-core frysk.debuginfo.TestTypeEntryValue does not currently pass; it is
marked unresolved. The problem is that frysk/pkglibdir/funit-type-entry.c when
compiled with the default build environment value of -O contains variable
.debug_info but no DW_AT_location. It works okay when compiled with -O0. A
couple observations: substituting 'static volatile' for 'static' has no effect,
the use of unused in the source is to silence compiler warnings. When built
with -O0: OK (4 tests)

The variables should be non-static, as in global.
