I expected "fhpd --help" to print help for fhpd's command-line options.
Instead it entered the fhpd command loop.
I also expected "fhpd --version" to print version info; this also
entered the command loop.

Phil pointed out that I was running the wrong fhpd :(
This bug is bogus, you might as well close it.
