* [Bug general/5791] New: confirm operation of non-default $prefix

People may want to test several built/installed frysk copies,
and not just by running out of the build tree. At the present,
a frysk install tree created by a non-default --prefix ends up
with binaries that don't have enough ld -rpath information to
find their shared library pals at $prefix/lib. That would be
nice to propagate via libtool or whatnot.
