Right now if I run ftrace --help (but the same problem happens with other
tools, like fhpd), the --debug option is first.
I think standard tool options should be put into a new option group and
put nearer the bottom of the help output. --debug is not useful in the
majority of circumstances. Perhaps it should even be relegated to
"--help-all" or something (that would require getopt changes, but so be it).
