Some bugzillas questions

While perusing the bugs, I noticed a couple of inconsistencies. I fixed 
one, can somebody clear the other two?
Also I modified some summaries for the tracker bugs to all have [tracker].
Another question is if the trackers that are in NEW state should be 
moved to SUSPENDED to facilitate querying the database.
Note that there are other trackers that are not identified as such at 
all, like for instance 1586, 1683, 1519  and others: is there
a convention for dealing with those?

Kind of  << Tracker bugs are put into the SUSPENDED state once any 
initial work as come to a halt. [,,,] >>.

Good point. Changed it suspended and changed the summary from "New 
Custom Observer Dialog" to "[tracker] Custom Observer Dialog". It is not 
so new any more :)

AFAIK this bug is still around, and I haven't seen anything on the 
Java-Gnome bugzilla to indicate otherwise. The bug should at least be 
suspended though, since an easy workaround has been in place for quite 
some time. I'll add a comment to the bug and change the status.
