I was looking at the GCC patches that OpenEmbedded includes and found this one:

Well I decided to figure out how to reproduce the failure and what I found is
if I use TFLAGS="-mcpu=octeontx2" I run into the failure.

Not working on this, there needs to be a way to enable/disabling LSE (and other
extensions) on the command line without needing to use -march= option.
