Given the following code:

#include <stdexcept>

__attribute__((target_clones("default,avx2")))
void foo()
{
    throw std::runtime_error("");
}

int main()
{
    try { foo(); } catch (...) { }
}

The program will immediately terminate when the exception is thrown, instead of
catching it in the try. Removing the target_clones attribute causes the program
to behave as expected.

Using Compiler Explorer it appears that this is working in 13, but is broken
for all prior versions.
