LOOP_VINFO_NITERS is INTEGER_CST 1 here, but LOOP_VINFO_NITERSM1 is that
complex
expression and we assume that if LOOP_VINFO_NITERS_KNOWN_P then NITERSM1 is
also known,
which is not the case here.
