Still in version 11.
Both Intel ifort and NAG nagfor detect the issue.

ifort -S gfbug73.f -w
gfbug73.f(5): error #6736: This transformational intrinsic function is invalid
in this context; statement functions cannot contain transformational intrinsic
functions.   [ALL]
