I've git pushed fixes to the devel/modula-2 branch (gcc-12) which now allows
gm2 to be built using:
MAKEFLAGS=profiledbootstrap-lean
CONFIGFLAGS=--with-build-config=bootstrap-lto-lean
I'm also seeing all regression tests pass on the amd64 platform and aarch64
platform after the lto build.
