I would expect this ICEs since
r10-6020-g2e87b2f4121fe1d39edb76f4e492dfe327be6a1b when __bf16 support has been
added, at least r11-1 already ICEs

Confirmed, ICEs with `-mcpu=cortex-m1.small-multiply -mfloat-abi=soft`, looks
like since BF support was added to the arm backend even.
